Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Hola Compra Medios ("we", "us") handles data within the TiCali Internal Operations application (the "Service"), a private internal tool used by our own team.
1. Scope
The Service is used exclusively by authorized Hola Compra Medios staff. It is not a public product and does not onboard external sellers or end consumers.
2. What data we access
- Our own shop data from Mercado Libre and TikTok Shop APIs: order records, product/SKU information, inventory levels, and payment settlement amounts belonging to our own seller accounts.
- Limited operational figures entered by our staff (e.g., in-transit and on-order quantities, procurement targets).
We request only the minimum API permissions needed to read this data.
3. How we use it
Solely for internal analytics: sales reporting, inventory and cash-flow management, and procurement planning. We do not use it for advertising, profiling of consumers, or any purpose unrelated to running our own store.
4. Read-only platform access
Our integration is technically restricted to read operations. The Service is built so that write requests (create/update/delete) to any e-commerce platform are blocked at the network layer. We never modify platform data through the API without explicit human authorization.
5. Storage & security
- Data is stored on an access-controlled cloud server (AWS) with encrypted storage volumes.
- Access requires an authenticated, signed session; roles limit what each user can see.
- API credentials and tokens are stored server-side only and are never exposed to the browser.
- Backups are taken daily and retained for a limited period.
6. Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share the data with third parties. Data is not transferred outside our own operations except as required by the underlying platforms' own APIs.
7. Retention & deletion
We retain operational data only as long as needed for the purposes above. We delete or revoke access on request, and we can disconnect the platform authorization at any time.
8. Your choices
The connected shop owner may revoke the app's authorization at any time from the platform's settings, which stops all further data access.
9. Changes
We may update this policy; the "last updated" date will change accordingly.
